A. aerobic. you have to be committed to shed weight ok. exercise n diet both are important. do workout n eat more salads to get a healthy weight loss. For maintenance of gap between two pregnancy you need proper contraception. it can be any method yet practice it regular and don't miss on any dose to prevent its failure. pils, copper T or condoms all can work ok

A. If you had a normal delivery then you can go ahead with basic yoga you can go for walking running Zumba Pilates whatever you’re interested if you feel physically fit you can go ahead with any of the basic exercise
