A. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach. Whole Grains Sprouts, spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds. And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water. Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate , Citrus food products,Processed food.

A. hello good evening dear you have to take proper care of your diet include more green vegetablesges fruits and sabudana, raw papaya jeera sauf water, increase intake of water you have to avoid spicy oil and junk foods. also you can try Philips Avent breast pump on regular basis it also helps in boost milk supply. #parentyourway
