ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. she can eat eggs, n can have non veg but that should be not spicy n oily. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, sprouts
