A. After pregnancy weight redice karne ke liye aap April diet mein protein and fiber rich foods include karein and sugar, potato, rice, fried and ready to eat items to bahut hi limited quantity mein consume karein. Khud ko well hydrated rakhein with fluids like water, buttermilk, fresh juices, curd and coconut water. Skin toning exercises karein like squats, running, brisk walking, jogging, skipping, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Subah uthkar sabse pehle warm jeera or lemon water drink karein, empty stomach daily.
