To lose weight, you can do this
1. Include lot of salads, vegetables lean protein foods like skim milk, skim paneer, egg whites, pulses, sprouts.
2. Try to avoid sugar, sweets. junk foods & fried foods
3. Exercise daily for 30 to 45 minutes

please include green tea instead of coffee and tea
please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day
please take one bowl of salad before taking meal
please take balanced diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
please do some exercise and yoga at early morning for one hour daily
please take daily sun light exposure
