Hello mam Have small and frequent meals Start your meals with a glass of water and lunch and dinner with glass of water and salad Take protein with all three meals Have ajwain and jeera tea post lunch and dinner Restrict the intake of sugar, sugary drinks, packaged food, fried and ghee rich food Water 3l per day Workout for 45 mins 5 days a week

A. good morning this advisable to try to do yoga everyday in the morning I would recommend that you should try to make sure that you are trying intermittent fasting for 16 hours on a daily basis
