A. only way to reduce weight is to do exercises you can do brisk walking other moderate exercises yoga how to take diet rich in protein less in fats and carbohydrate .

A. good evening if you're talking about your weight loss I would recommend you to try to do yoga on a daily basis in the morning it will help to make sure that you are able to reduce the food cravings also
