A. Weight loss is a gra dual procrss. There are several factors at play, including one’s body type, lifestyle, metabolic rate, physical activity and diet. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, havecsnall meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, yoga, pranayam, suryanamaskaar.
