Because of the hormonal changes post delivegry there may be laxity of the muscles and fat contenth increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

Trust me it is good for nothing and it has very bad side-effects also some people have had effects and if I’m not mistaken some actor died because of the keto diet so that’s definitely not something that I’m going to suggest if you want to do something good then work out and intermittent fasting for 12 to 16 hours is going to be very helpful for you or you do a basic diet after consulting a dietician and workout that’s going to be the best to do
