Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthegning which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will alrso be beneficial in management of the weight .

mam ,you must start doing exercises and yoga regularly.
Start with low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking etc
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take food items like sprouts,salad ,oats , fruits more
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
