A. Hello mom that will happen over a Period of time .. and you need lot of dedication and patients as well . Diet and exercise both hand in hand for it . You need to avoid sugary , refined and processed foods and heavy meals especially after late evenings . Make a exercise routine for at least 30 to 45 mins daily such as brisk walking, yoga or dance workouts etc
