A. HI You need consistent efforts & patience to lose weight. you need to do this 1. Include foods like Dal's, sprouts, low fat milk. paneer, curd, egg whites along with vegetables. fruits daily 2 Avoid sugar. sweets. junk fried foods 3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
