A. Hi To lose weight , you can 1. Include foods like Sprouts, egg whites, pulses, curd, fish, low fat milk, fruits, nuts 2. Avoid sugar, sweets, junk foods, fried foods, bakery foods like biscuits 3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes
