Well till the time your breast feeding the baby you should not be thinking about losing the way because if you go ahead with the workout or lose the weight of the diet or something when you lose on your breast feeding also these days mothers are quite in a harsh hurry and rushed to lose on their way but honestly trust me on that part till the time you are feeding the child need to eat well because when you deliver a child your body goes to a lot of weakness so it’s better to 1st maintain strengthen your body losing weight can happen by the age of one year or so when you go ahead with quitting breastfeeding
