A. After, delivery, it is important to include protein and fiber rich foods and plenty of fluids to loose weight. Limit intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Start doing skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
