POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Weight gain after delivery is common, especially around stomach area. To reduce it, include fiber and protein rich foods alongwith lots of fluids. Reduce intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
