A. hello mam for weight loss both workout and diet is important have small and frequent meals increase the intake of fruits, vegetables, daliya, sprouts, dal, beans, low fat or toned milk, paneer, curd,egg, chicken, oats in the diet also increase water intake upto 3litre per day reduce sugar and sugary drinks, packaged food and nakedness, fried food and sweets, bakery products in your routine diet go for any physical exercise for 45 minutes daily
