include variety of whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk and, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water to keep you hydrated.
avoid carbonated beverages, excess salt, sugar, fats, refined flour, junk and processed foods.
add small mid-meals after 2 hours and regularize your meal timings.
you can also start with walk, exercise or yoga.

Always choose healthy proteins. Avoid refined carbs, refined sugar and sugar items, fried foods, junk foods etc.Drink plenty of water.
