A. You need to take high protein, high fiber and low carbohydrates diet. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervoals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside or junk food completely, take lots of water atleast 16 glass a day.

A. hi to reduce your weight,you have to start doing exercises and yoga regularly start doing suryanamashakar , pranayam etc take green veggies, fresh fruits more avoid junk food items
