A. you can start with little yoga and walk for 30-45 mins in the morning...add cinnamon honey to lukewarm water in the morning...do not have fried and maida based food...have green tea after your meals...reduce the amount of sugar in the diet...

A. Good exercises will be the more natural way to get ur tummy back to form or lose the extra weight. Start with slow pace exercises like walking and then go for heavy ones like ab exercises or yoga on a regular basis along with a balanced diet avoiding junk foods.
