A. Hi dear mom To loose weight start with the exercise. U can do different exercises like yoga, jogging, cycling, dance, aerobics etc to reduce weight. Avoid eating high calorie food.. Have lukewarm water with lemon and honey in the morning empty stomach to burn fat.
