A. Hello dear parent! Be physically active as much as possible. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Good luck and take care.
