A. Hi You need to keep patience & follow healthy diet & exercise for 6 to 8 months atleast to lose weight Try to avoid sugary foods, fried foods, bakery products. Eat lot of vegetables, salads. protein rich foods & drink plenty of water

A. Hi parent include green tea instead of coffee and tea please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day please take one bowl of salad before taking meals please do some exercise and yoga at early morning for one hour daily
