A. Dear mum, for coming back to your pre pregnancy weight, have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Eat mindfully and avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and Milk products. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
