A. Hey, in order to lose weight diet and exercise is very imp, have short and frequent meals, include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet, drink 3 liters of water and exercise everyday atleast for 30 mins everyday

Hello ma’am Start working out and take a diet that’s the best way to lose on your weight because both the things when done together the weight loss is faster and much better because that way you learn to control your diet and appetite also and that we slowly gradually with proper workout you lose on your weight also
