POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. To loose weight, include fiber and protein rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, swimming, breathing, brisk walking, cycling and Yogasanas. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat foods. Drink warm jeera water or amla water first thing in the morning daily.
