A. For weight loss after pregnancy, you should eat mindfully. Avoid high calorie, processed packaged foods. Have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have all seasonal fruits and vegetables. Include lean proteins and healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
