#AskTheExpert hi doc, i had a c section delivary. its been 5 months. so can i do all type exercise, asanas and pranayam?

A. if you thiruvavani discomfort you can start with a small exercises or little bit of exercises for yourself if you feel good and you can continue you can definitely go for any kind of exercise for yourself
