#AskTheExpert Hello sir/mam I am mother of 1 year and 4 months baby .. after delivery my weight has been reduced.. I couldn't recover my weight again .. before pregnancy I was 48 kgs during pregnancy around 55 kgs and post delivery only 40 kgs .. and I am worried about my health.. I feel weakness after coming home from office.. I am unable to take care of my family properly.. please guide me

U Should consult a nutritionist once the doctor would be able to help me with the right kind of diet that you should be followed for yourself that is going to help but also I would like to tell you at the very same time that a lot of time is it in can happen no wait and also not proper testing and stress so I think you are just over water on with work and everything that is why these things are happening consult your Doctor 1 start with all the necessary supplements and if by chance you’re still breastfeeding the child need to complete liquid that
