Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods
do start with walking daily half an hour.
Do aerobic exercise, cycling,
Perform resistance training,
Yoga, Suryanamaskaar,
Pranayam.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is quite normal after delivery and please avoid oily and junk food and have more rich fiber and protein diet and also do surya Namaskar and yoga planks after doctor evaluation.
