#AskTheExpert hello mam i am mother of 1 yr baby. how to reduce belly fast. after delivery i put lots of weight

A. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods do start with walking daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is quite normal after delivery and please avoid oily and junk food and have more rich fiber and protein diet and also do surya Namaskar and yoga planks after doctor evaluation. Take care
