A. In case you wan tto lose weight, you need to stay calm & keep trying for atleast 6 to 8 months. You can 1. Try to include healthy foods like egg whites, low fat milk, paneer , sprouts. Vegetables, nuts. 2. Avoid sugar. sweets, fried foods, bakery items and junk foods 3. Exercise daily for atleast 1 hour
