pl suggest exercises to reduce post pregnancy weight.C section?

A. you have to wait 6 months after first Cesarean section to do any exercise Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. With Dieting and exercising only that’s the only way to go about it so I’m just going to advise you to consult your doctor if you physically fit to go for any kind of exercise then you go ahead with that that’s the right thing
