A. You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, Perform resistance training, Swimming and Aqua aerobics, Cycling. Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam, can be done. take care.

A. some exercises to start with brisk walking or yoga as Surya namaskar or low intense exercise some cardio you can take up zumba classes take care of your diet restrict sugar and sweet intake
