Q.

I got c-section 4 months back.....can i start exercises to reduce belly fat.....plz suggest some tips to reduce belly fat

A. No need to worry for tummy and post pregnancy weight gain.  It will take some time to decrease size.  Give more attention to feeding part At this age start yoga  and mild exercise  at home only.  Avoid heavy exercise.  tummy belt will help if used before 3-4 wks after delivery Regular exercise  and yoga is very necessary to maintain health after delivery.  Avoid heavy exercise like jumping or skipping.  Take proper balanced diet  take all types of food items,   eat all types of fruits and fruit juices including seasonal Fruits also.  Add all green vegetables in diet  Keep urself well hydrated all the time  t

A. i used old binding method to my belly....but there is no use....can i use belt now

A. Hi dear good morning start after six months, If your body is fit, then Waking is a good way to shed some weight. 20 mins of walk can help you alot. Try to do yoga like suryanamaskar, pranayma these are highly beneficial. Also follow good diet. For breakfast have fruits. Oats, ragi, kellogs for lunch have millets instead of rice. Or Have less rice and more veggies. For dinner have roti, fruits. Mainly try to Avoid white foods like white rice white bread maida.. Have a balanced and healthy diet.
