#askexperts how to reduce weight post pregnancy. day by day my weight is increasing.

A. Hi Mom, do not worry. try to eat a healthy and balanced diet with homecooked foods. include variety of whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water for hydration. you can add small mid-meals inbetween after every 2 hours and stick to your meal timings. avoid carbonated beverages, maida / refined flour recipes, processed, fried and junk foods, excess salt, sugar and fats. you can also go on a walk, start yoga or exercises.
