include whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats and adequate water.
add small mid-meals inbetween after 2 hours and regularize your meal timings.
avoid processed, junk and fried foods, carbonated beverages, excess maida recipes, salt, sugar and fats.
you can start with walk, yoga or exercises.

Have a healthy diet and avoid fried junk spicy gassy foods and sweets
Drink lots of water
Do some kind of exercise like yoga walking jogging cycling aerobics etc which ever you prefer
Avoid late night dinner
Include fruit salad buttermilk soups etc in your daily diet
