#askexperts I have been gaining weight after pregnancy also I am not able to reduce my tummy

A. Hello to loose weight you need to have well balanced diet with all vital nutrients like protein and balanced carbs and fats with micro nutrients in proper amount small frequent meals to be taken start exercise after you complete 5months

A. Hello dear parent, you will have to eat right and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Eat green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Drink lots of water. Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between. Do simple exercises
