#askexperts I have increased my weight after pregnancy and my tummy is also increased alot. please suggest to reduce it

A. dear mom try 5 sets of suryanamskar , gradually increase it to 7, 11, 13 eat wisely have good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well

A. Hi mom To reduce belly fat and weight start with the exercise. Do yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to reduce your belly fat and shed extra kilos from your body. Make some dietary changes like avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Avoid startchy food like rice and potatoes. Have warm lemon honey water daily to burn fat.
