#askexperts not able to reduce weight... going on gaining weight...

A. Hello dear mom to loose weight you need to have well balanced diet with all vital nutrients like protein and balanced carbs and fats with micro nutrients in proper amount small frequent meals to be taken start exercise after you complete 4months

A. Hry mommy to help reduce weight. The first and foremost make sure you are getting blood test done to ensure there is no underlying issues like thyroid etc. Then focus on measuring your calories for the day. Also get atleast 30 mins of active exercises
