A. Hello mom For that you need to take care of your exercise or physical activity and even diet needs to be balanced enough so in terms of diet avoid sugary ,refined and processed foods as much as possible and heavy meals before bedtime and late evenings apart from that do some physical exercise for about 30 to 45 minutes daily
