#askexperts Hello. After delivery i gained so much fat thats why i gained Weight. i want to loss weight by using home made diet plan! please help me to loss weight and give me diet chart!

A. Dear mum, have small frequent meals 5 to 6 times a day and have adequate fluid intake. Avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
