Hello MAam I can just tell you for losing weight you will have to go for an exercise or any kind of workout that you like it could be gymming walking or any other thing that’s would you but for the time being would advise you to at least are doing a brisk walk in the morning and after one hour of dinner in the evening for better health and you will definitely see good results within a months time and take a diet from a dietician as well if needed
