With right diet and exercise u can easily loose weight
Have small and frequent meals
Add protein to your everymeal like breakfast lunch and dinner in form of paneer, dal, sprouts, soya, curd, milk, egg, beans, oats
Start your meal with a glass of chia seed water and salad
Reduce rice and wheat and replace with brown rice, ragi, jowar, oats and quinoa
Restrict intake of sugar, sweets, sugary drinks, fried food, bakery product completely
Water 2-3 litres every day
Start your day with jeera ajwain and saunf water
Workout for 45 min daily
