How frequently do you consume vegetables and how much quantity? Is your bowel normal? Have you checked your thyroid and Vit D levels? Are you indulging in any physical activity? How is your stress level? Weight depends on all these factors and not just diet alone

and I am facing seviere knee pains and back pain unable to sit on floor and unable to bend because of back pain from 1.5 months.
