Q.

#asktheexperts I have. Gained around 24 kg during pregnancy and lost 12 kgs as of now(including delivery weight loss) .. How can I start my weight loss journey. So far I m not doing anything specific to loss weight?.

A. hi mom as of now you are breastfeeding so have good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well for better quality of milk and also for weight loss exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of baby
