what can I do for postpartum weight loss?? I am a breastfeeding mother gained 6 kgs after delivery

A. Hello Now since you're breastfeeding, you can avoid caloric dense foods like fried foods, junk foods , sugary drinks, sweets , bakery products which have less nutritional value Start walking for 20-30 minutes Very strict low calorie diet plan can be followed only after baby's starts complementary foods
