* Start your day with a glass of Luke warm.lemon water which helps to kick start your metabolism for the day.
* Have a healthy and balanced diet.
* Eat short and frequent meals
* Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
* Have a good breakfast and light dinner
* Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water every day
* Start exercise for 15-20 minutes a day and then gradually increase it to 45 minutes a day.

you mean to say ,you want to reduce your weight ?
if yes ,then you should make some dietary changes.
I mean ,you should take green leafy vegetables, fruits more in your diet
increase your fluid intake.
you can drink jeera water or warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
