A. Helo mam, U can start exercise after 6 months of c section.. till then try not to do strenuous exercise.. have healthy diet with small and frequent meals Reduce intake of excess oil , ghee, namkeen and sugar / sweets Increase water intake Increase fruit and vegetables in your diet

A. after c section delivery.. around 4-6months as you feel comfortable you can start with exercise.. you can start with brisk walking,.. start with low intense exercise slowly and gradually increase.. take care of diet..
