Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give propper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

If you had a normal delivery then you can go ahead with basic work out that you want to do because after normal delivery you can go for basic workout after 3 to 4 months after delivery and dieting want to quit breastfeeding and for C-section then you’ll have to take weight for at least 8 to 10 monthsWrite Your Answer Here
