after pregnancy I have increased my weight how to reduce do help me

A. for reducing your pregnancy weight, eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed packaged food. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources. don't skip breakfast and have good water intake. at least 45 to 60 minutes exercise daily. have an active lifestyle.
